1. HOW DO I FIND MY SHADE?

I get it, shade matching online is the worst. I have hesitated to buy from brands because I didn't want to pick wrong. That's why I created ways that you can ensure you find your perfect match.

• Start with a sample pack ($11). You get to test 3 shades on your own skin, in your own lighting, before committing to a full size. Customers tell me the samples are bigger than they expect, and gave them confidence they needed to select the right product and color.
• Try a sample bundle if you already know which product you want: BB Cream, CC Cream, or Foundation. Grab a bundle of samples and some of our other best-selling products (at a discount).
• Not sure about a stock shade? Go custom. Everything is made to order, so we can create your perfect match in a BB Cream, CC Cream or Foundation. I will do the work for you! First you will get custom samples created just for your skin tone. Then, you get a full size of that shade. Once we find the perfect shade, your formula will be saved for easy ordering in the future.

2. SHOULD I GET THE BB CREAM, CC CREAM OR FOUNDATION?

You honestly can't go wrong, but here's the short version of the differences:

• Best Day BB Cream: light coverage and hydration, with tons of skin-benefiting, anti-aging ingredients. I always hear from people who "never used to wear makeup" that once they try our BB Cream they can't live without it.
• The One CC Cream: medium coverage that helps reduce redness and inflammation, hydrate the skin and improve skin's texture. It is lightweight, just like our BB Cream, but gives more coverage to even your complexion.
• Two-Step Foundation: natural-looking full coverage with all-day wear. Step 1 helps control oil (and works as a primer), and Step 2 adds nourishment, helps with redness and gives more coverage. Use one step, both side by side, or layered. It's up to you and what your skin needs.

3. ARE THE PRODUCTS OK FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

This is the question I understand best, because I have extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin myself. I've used products that irritated my skin so badly my eyes swelled shut (I wish I were exaggerating).

I create every URGO Beauty product with gentle, high-quality, natural ingredients. Our product line is completely cruelty-free, but always tested on my sensitive skin. I make our products for sensitive skin, but always suggest starting with a sample pack so you can see how your skin responds before buying a full size. 4. WILL THE PRODUCTS ACTUALLY LAST THROUGH SWEAT, HEAT AND LONG DAYS?

As equestrians, we put our skin up to a lot: sun, sweat, dirt and so much more. I get that!

Our products are formulated to last without the harsh ingredients you typically find in long-lasting products. They wear like skincare throughout the day, so instead of sitting on top of your skin, they work into the skin, letting the skin-benefiting ingredients get to work while your makeup looks flawless all day long.

5. WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE?

Making products to order means you get the freshest ingredients! We don't have products sitting on a shelf waiting to get packed into an order. Instead, we stock the ingredients and when we get an order the product is mixed up and sent right out. Making our products to order also allows us to make customizations. That's how we can create custom bases as well as lip glosses!

But don't worry, that doesn't slow us down! Orders ship out within a week and orders of $50 or more ship free.
