Returns & Exchanges

We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. 

Drop us a message if you have any problems, questions or concerns. We want to do everything we can to make it right. 

For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping. 

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

Best mascara I’ve used

I waited a month to write this. I prefer to test out a product for a bit first. This is by far the best mascara I’ve ever used ! My eyes always water or get irritated with mascara. Or it gets clumpy or runs during the day. I definitely could never wear it to the barn or in the heat. I can wear this one all day with no issues ! I can run around with my toddler in the heat or go for a ride. It’s super easy to take off. I’ve had some in the past that literally made my eyelashes fall out I had to scrub so hard. My eyelashes already look healthier without it on. I’m so impressed, once again, with Urgo and their integrity to clean products that work well for an equestrian woman.

Everything you want from a Mascara

This is gold. My eyes are super sensitive and I struggle to find a product that lasts all day without irritation. Not only does this Mascara last all day, it does not irritate my eyes. Weightless , long lasting and not clumpy.

I wear mascara every day, and I am particular about the feel as I have sensitive eyes. This Urgo Beauty mascara is exactly what I need: good volume and length, wearability even after a day at a horse show with minimal flakeage, and it comes off easily with gentle cleanser. And the best part? Not once has it irritated my eyes! Worth the buy, I will be repurchasing!

New favorite!

Mascara is typically the only makeup I wear, so when I say I’m picky about it, I mean it. Urgo’s new mascara is HANDS DOWN my new fav!!! Makes my lashes full without making them heavy, stays on all day (even when sweaty!), but also washes off easily without having to scrub my eyes. 1000/10
