For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

This is my new favorite lip balm! It feels very smooth when applied, and it seems long-lasting. It's also moisturizing without being sticky (like some other lip balms).

I am usually a chapstick user but I was so pleasantly surprised by this product!! It has the perfect amount of gloss/shine and it lasts quite awhile - it doesn’t immediately fade or rub off like I thought it might. It has also made my lips feel softer and hydrated from using it which is awesome! Really love this product and plan to purchase it again!

I already knew this lip balm was going to be great, but when I put it on for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. It's so smooth and buttery and leaves the nicest minty taste.
