For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at email@example.com in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount or free shipping, the value of that promotion will not be refunded.
