Returns & Exchanges
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online.
Drop us a message if you have any problems, questions or concerns. We want to do everything we can to make it right.
For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

Your skin basically is purging out the bad stuff then afterwards it looks pretty good 😊. Definitely recommend. As we get older we need to add some skin care and this helps as it's in the bb cream.
