Returns & Exchanges
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online.
Drop us a message if you have any problems, questions or concerns. We want to do everything we can to make it right.
For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

Thankful to find a product that reduces the amount of individual products I was using! Lightweight but great coverage. I am super sensitive to ingredients and thankfully have not broken out to this!
I am so glad that I ordered a sample pack! Without it, I would have selected the wrong shade for my skin tone, and that's no fun for anyone. I love that I was able to get samples of the product because sometimes choosing a particular shade online, can be frustrating! They're actually nice size samples too because you don't need to use a lot of product. The BB cream feels lightweight and for me, had a light to medium coverage. The shade Jenna is pretty much a perfect match but I think I'll be able to use the 2 other shades too! I also love the ingredients!
It was alot of product on those small sample packs enough to use multiple times amd in fact 2 of the 3 shades I could use with my skin tone and the formula was so light and beautiful.
This is a great way to find your shade. I always had trouble finding my foundation shade but the shade, Sara is perfect for me. Not too light and not too dark or orange.

I am really impressed with the product too. I really like the lightweight, natural finish, no-make feel. This is great if you want a bit of coverage but are not a big make-up kinda gal. Will be purchasing the full size!

Love this makeup! Having the sample kit helped me find my perfect match. I purchased the foundation step 2 and it lasts all day. I am a horse girl who photographs weddings for a living so I am outside sweating a LOT. This makeup goes from the barn, to work and back from the barn all in a day while still feeling light.

Do not like the smell. Looks too chalky on my skin. I will experiment more with the application. I do like the lip balm/gloss. Wish it came in subtle colors.
I just tried out my foundation sample pack. I found my perfect match and im in love with this product . I have oily skin and this is by far the best product line I've used. I will be buying the full size

Sample pack was great except maybe could be packaged better- the Jenna sample was cracked and leaked all over bag.
I wasn’t sure which shade would work best for my skin tone especially with seasonal changes. The sample pack was perfect for me to find my winter shade and summer shade 💕

I loved the ability to try these samples. They are great for finding the right shade and it is enough product to see how is does while wearing it all day for a few days at the barn. It definitely holds up well, feels great on, and does not make my sensitive skin angry. Will definitely be buying the full sized product.

Selling a sample pack is the perfect way to be able to find the right color for foundation! Each sample had 3 to 4 wears in it, so it was really nice because I had time to think! Now I know what color is the perfect match for me. It also was helpful to see how well the BB cream was to wear daily and how long each wear would last! The idea of selling samples is so genius!
